PSCS will celebrate its 30 th pearl anniversary in New Horizon Hotel on December 2, 2009.  The program starts with 4 speakers provided by Formula Care I2010 Roadshow.  The four foreign speakers are from BASF, Croda, Seppic and B&T.  This is a free seminar to all formulators.  Formula Care I2010 Roadshow is a preparation for the international exhibition of Formula Care I-2010 which will be held in SMX Convention Center on March 17-18, 2010.
